In 2019, together with Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and Deutsche Börse Group, he invited Michał Kurtyka — State Secretary in the Polish Ministry of Environment and President of the UN Climate Conference COP24 — to the FAZ headquarters. As Chair of the DGAP Regional Forum Frankfurt, he brought together representatives of the financial sector, politics and academia to discuss what the outcomes of Katowice mean for Germany and Europe.
